Privacy & Data

Your family's data is an amanah.

We teach children to guard their information online, so we hold ourselves to the same standard. This page says plainly what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.

What we collect

Only what serves your child.

We collect the minimum needed to run admissions, classes and the parent portal, and nothing else.

Enquiry & application details

Parent name, child's first name and grade, city, email and WhatsApp number, only what you type into our forms.

Portal records

For enrolled families: attendance, home-mission verification, portfolio entries and progress notes about your own child.

Nothing invisible

No advertising trackers, no data brokers, no selling or renting of information. Ever.

Data discipline

Family records stay purposeful and limited.

Records exist to support learning, safeguarding and communication. We do not use ad trackers, sell data, or create hidden marketing profiles.

How it is protected

Guarded like a trust.

  • Encrypted in transit. The whole site runs over HTTPS; form submissions travel encrypted.
  • Minimal access. Only institute leadership and your child's anchor teacher can see your child's records, never other families.
  • Children's data, extra care. We collect a child's first name and grade only, always via a parent, never directly from the child.
  • No third-party sharing. We do not sell, rent or trade any family information with anyone, for any reason.
  • Retention with a limit. Enquiries that do not become enrolments are deleted within 12 months. Alumni portfolios belong to the family, take them with you.
Your rights

You stay in control.

  • See everything we hold about your family, ask, and we will show you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete your family's data; we will confirm within 7 days.
  • Withdraw consent for your child's participation at any time.

Questions, corrections or deletion requests go straight to leadership:
